Keep Your Documents Working For You

Is This You?

  1. You got your estate plan done 5-7 years ago and haven’t updated it since.
  2. Your estate plan is a simple will and you think your situation is now much more complex.
  3. The guardians you named in your will for your minor children are no longer a good fit.
  4. Your financial picture has changed drastically since you last got your estate plan done.
  5. You’ve had another baby.
  6. You’ve moved.
  7. You have no idea how your current estate plan works.
  8. Your named agents in your plan are no longer a good fit.
  9. Your spouse or a loved one named in your plan has passed away.

Pesce Law Office provides comprehensive document review services for individuals and families with existing estate plans.  Through our process, we map out how your plan works, identify any areas of improvement, and make recommendations to update your plan.

Our Process

  1. Submit Our Planning Questionnaire: Our Planning Questionnaire is designed to convey important information about yourself and your family, including information regarding your assets and liabilities.  By collecting this information in advance, we can familiarize ourselves with your unique circumstances, enabling us to confirm whether your plan still works for you.  With this questionnaire, you will also have the opportunity to submit your existing estate planning documents to us via our secure platform.
  2. Attend Your Review Session: Prior to the Review Session, Attorney Jessica Pesce will send you over a memorandum of how your plan works and will outline any areas for improvement.  In the virtual Review Session, you’ll have an opportunity to meet with Jessica and get any questions you have answered.  At the conclusion of the meeting, she’ll make recommendations to update your plan and will prepare a fee agreement outlining the cost and terms.

Should Pesce Law Office Review Your Estate Plan?

We are a great fit if:

  1. You are looking to get a review of your own estate planning documents.
  2. You understand that it is a lot of liability to interpret another estate planning attorney’s documents and can appreciate us charging for our time.

We are not right for you if:

  1. You are looking to get someone else’s estate plan reviewed.
  2. You don’t want to pay a fee to have your documents reviewed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pesce Law Office offers two packages for the review of estate planning documents.  The cost to review estate plans consisting of just wills is $450.  The cost to review estate plans consisting of trusts is $750.

If you decide to engage my services to update your plan, it is an additional cost.  At the conclusion of our strategy session, I will provide you with the flat fee cost to update your plan.

The Planning Questionnaire provides crucial information about yourself and your loved ones, as well as information on your assets and liabilities.  Without this information, Pesce Law Office is unable to provide a comprehensive review of your existing documents.  The Planning Questionnaire allows us to identify any gaps or changes that need to be addressed in the existing plan.
